45 Day Assessment Program


Assists indetermining interventionsthat will aid students with increasingtheir ability to perform successfully within an educationalsetting. The program also addresses the therapeutic needsrelative to each student. Psychosocial needs are accessed viaformal and informal assessments while utilizing a holisticapproach. The program offers two models: a self containedmodel and an integrated one. Both models provide a lowstudent/teacher ratio.

At the end of the 45 day placement, a written report is presentedat a team meeting where intervention strategies arediscussed, as well as descriptions of the type of educationalsetting that will best meet the student’s needs.

8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

September through June; Assessment up to forty-five school days.
