45 Day Assessment Program

Assists in determining interventions that will aid students with increasing their ability to perform successfully within an educational setting. The program also addresses the therapeutic needs relative to each student. Psychosocial needs are accessed via formal and informal assessments while utilizing a holistic approach. The program offers two models: a self contained model and an integrated one. Both models provide a low student/teacher ratio.

Complete Vocational Assessment Battery

The Complete Vocational Assessment Battery assesses a student’s vocational aptitudes and interests through the variety of tests included in the McCarron-Dial Vocational Assessment Battery.

Merrimack MASTERS Assessment

The MASTERS is a comprehensive assessment tool consistingof several components including: a McCarronDial Vocational Systems Evaluation, social/life andtransitional skills evaluation, situational assessment(s),interviews with relevant persons (teachers, parents, etc.)and student observation in a variety of settings. In additionto the McCarron Dial the following assessmenttools are utilized.

In District Assessment and Support Services

This program offers a comprehensive alternative to the traditional 45-day assessment. This model allows districts to tailor the assessment duration as well as the assessment battery by offering an a la carte menu of services and an option of immediate support by a trained ABA aide for a student in crisis. The MSEC assessment and support team will work with the district team to assess the emotional, psychological, behavioral, social and academic needs of the student as they are identified by the district team within the students’ natural setting.
