IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL MERRIMACK SPECIAL EDUCATION COLLABORATIVE EMPLOYEES REGARDING OPEN ENROLLMENT AND CHANGES TO YOUR EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

Dear Staff:
It is that time of year again when we inform you of our annual Open Enrollment period for any employee who wants to enroll or make changes to their coverage in our medical and dental insurance programs. Also, new for the 2012-2013 plan year, MSEC is introducing a 100% employee-paid vision coverage and discount program.

Every day the news reports of ongoing debates regarding our nation’s healthcare system, the continued escalating costs of healthcare, and the multitude of opinions on the need for reform. MSEC is proud to announce, however, that there will be no changes to either the medical or dental benefits for the upcoming plan year. In addition, MSEC has absorbed the increases in the prices of the insurance, so your employee contributions will remain the same as they are currently.

All benefit plan and premium changes are effective July 1, 2012, and will be held through June 30, 2013.

REMEMBER: ALL Enrollment / Change Forms must be completed and returned to the HR Department by June 13, 2012.
